Note: For Active Members: CITBA provides the U.S. Court of International Trade with a list of members willing to represent persons who have been authorized by the Court to proceed in forma pauperis (excluding active members who are government employees). Upon approval of your membership application, your name will be added to the list unless you notify the Membership Committee of your desire not to be included.
